Below is my training plan, including my upcoming races.
At the advice of a friend (who also happens to be a triathlon coach) I am using Tom Holland’s training plan for my October marathon. I looked at more than a few training plans, but his emphasis on injury-free training sold me.
I think next year, I’ll jump on the bandwagon and use a more advanced training program in an effort to achieve my Boston Qualifying time, but this year, and this close to my fractures, I just want to progress further in this sport without another debilitating 14 week lay-off.
