it was difficult for me because all along the course were reminders of the marathon that was going on this weekend — the marathon that I was SUPPOSED to be running in.

My legs were killing me, especially on the downhills and it was one of those cold and very windy days common to that area of Maryland. I’m more discouraged than ever, because even with taking weeks at a time off to rest the legs, they seem more painful than ever. |
