This week for Training Tip Tuesday, instead of focusing on one body part, injury, or exercise, I thought I show this short 3 minute video on some of the things you can do with a foam roller.
Last month, I mashed up my calves pretty severely while transitioning from my heel striking stride into my more forefoot running stride. Using the roller on my calves to break up myofascial adhesions proved to be a life saver.
