What a beautiful day for a run! Sixty five with dry air and a gental breeze. McKenna was felling a little neglected so I took her in the stroller instead of Aubrey. I lured her with promises of seeing horses and cows along the way. Good thing they are on the first half of my run, because she was out like a light before mile two. I worked on interval running today and alternated between pushing it and letting up. I turned in my PR for a 1 mile segment. By the end of the run though, I had hit the wall (remembered that I hadn’t eated today, oops!!).
